We're recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to support our client with the allocation of stock to customer order(s).
Our well-established client is based in Milton Keynes, although you will be working from home 4 days out of 5 days.
Administrator Duties:
•Liaise closely with fellow SCM administrators on the internal manual allocation stock process
•Create and update excel files on a shared team space
•Publish stock and customer order reports to the senior leadership team for decision making
•Allocate available stock to relevant customer orders as per SLT guidance
•Ensure system product parameters are updated according to the daily schedule
•Manage the department shared email communications
•Communicate and escalate potential challenges to the supply chain management team
•Report any IT issues to the business help desk in a timely manner and manage until resolved
•Manage service exchanges as a priority and report performance daily
•Ensure compliance with company guidelines around information security, access, and communications
•Legal compliance
Experience, Skills, and Personal Attributes:
- Experience
•Administration experience essential, preferably in an SCM environment
•Data management
•Communicating upwards preferred
•Working in a team and individually

•Attention to detail essential - Able to create and interpret data reports
•Strong communication written and verbal
•Organisation- Ability to prioritise Daily, Weekly, Monthly tasks.
•Time management – Work to deadlines and manage expectations

•Discretion and awareness of dealing with commercially sensitive data and processes
Knowledge Requirements:
•SAP
•Excel- Intermediate / Advanced.
