Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new partnerships and customers.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, ensuring they align with the client's needs and objectives.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure favourable terms and agreements.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
Sales Forecasting: Monitor sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
Business Development Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the industrial safety industry and market dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
