WSR are recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive to join the team for our Global client based in Lutterworth.

Location: Lutterworth / Hybrid

Salary: £35K + Commission + Car Allowance

Full time Maternity Cover - Fixed Term Contract – 1 year

Role Overview:

Our client is dedicated to providing dynamic retail experiences and pioneering productivity solutions that enhance the business operations of their clients.  They consistently refine their capabilities and reinvest in their business to offer higher performing solutions for brands and retailers. They are now looking to recruit a talented Inside Sales Representative to join their team on 1year Maternity Cover Contract.

Key Accountabilities:

Our Client is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join the dynamic team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.

  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within targeted accounts.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospects to articulate the value proposition of the products/services.

  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and processes.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
