We're recruiting for Sales Estimator with previous knowledge of the Construction Industry to work with our growing client based in Milton Keynes
Role Mission: The core mission of the estimator is the responsibility of quoting/submitting all new inquiries within the agreed timescales, as well as assisting the sales team, where required with various activities, allowing them to focus their time as much as possible on the sales side of the business.
The majority of quotes are produced by extracting information from architects' details. This position requires the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as being a confident team player.
Accountabilities:
Quoting
Ensuring all quotes are returned to customers in the timescales required.
Customer Liaison
Keeping customers informed as to when quotes will be returned and discussing details with them where necessary.
Technical Knowledge
Ability to answer questions asked over the phone, email, or online chat. (Technical Training will be given)
Sales Support
Supporting the PCs with administration and other tasks to facilitate a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Key Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Comfortable working with numbers.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Previous knowledge of the Construction Industry.
