WSR is recruiting for a Business Development Representative who will play a pivotal role in proactively expanding our client's sales, both organically and incrementally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and leads utilising our client's robust marketing portal. Additionally, you will actively participate in marketing campaigns driven by our client's Marketing Software. We are looking for a self-motivated individual eager to learn and advance their career within our client's dynamic and supportive work environment.
(HYBRID) Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 Basic + Commission (Uncapped) - OTE £40,000
Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
•Drive sales growth through organic and incremental strategies.
•Conduct calls and follow up on qualified leads.
•Build and manage a sales pipeline utilising a database of over 10,000 prospects.
•Collaborate on marketing campaigns.
•Assist with handling phone inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
•Engage in team meetings, offering valuable insights for business development.
•When required, schedule appointments at client premises for the Director of our client's company.
•Maintain close communication with directors and stakeholders of the business.
