WSR are recruiting for a Branch Administrator for our esteemed client based in Bellshill, Scotland.
Salary: Up to £28k DOE
Working hours: Monday Thursday - 9am – 5pm & Friday - 9am – 4pm.
Location: Bellshill Office, Scotland
Responsible to: Depot Manager
Branch Administrator Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to assist the depot manager in overseeing the daily operations of the depot. Responsibilities encompass various tasks outlined in the key tasks section below. Reporting directly to the manager, this position involves managing day-to-day issues, procuring parts, generating and dispatching purchase orders, and engaging with clients via email and telephone.
Success in this role hinges on optimizing scheduling and communication practices, as well as closely monitoring engineer activities to ensure the consistent delivery of outstanding customer service.
Branch Administrator Key Tasks:
Ordering parts for the jobs, getting the prices, sending the PO’s
Taking phone calls from engineers, dealing with issues
Risk assessments and RAMS
Customer enquiries
Following up orders
Attend health and safety meetings
Maximise sales opportunities
Raising orders and quotes
Stock management
QMS management
Managing regional emails
Obtaining Materials / Goods / Equipment Quotes
Branch Administrator Direct Reports
Engineers (all disciplines)
Trainee Engineers
Branch Administrator Experience, Skills and Attributes
Excellent IT skills required
Good knowledge of Microsoft
Excellent communication
Good teamwork ethic
GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics required.
