Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid Role - 3 x Office days and 2 WFH

Salary: £25k, plus uncapped commission.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Account Executive Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Salesperson to join our Client's sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen salesperson with experience or someone looking to start their career in sales. Our client are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and eager to pick up that phone!

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.

Account ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media)

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and opportunities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client inquiries

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance

Account Executive Experience, skills & attributes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, B2B, or a related field

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, ConnectWise would be a huge Plus)

  • Basic knowledge of Telecommunications products and services
