Reactive and Remedial Engineer

Multi-disciplined skill set across access control and fire alarm systems, intercoms, CCTV, A.O.V, intruder alarms and emergency lighting. -Additional skill set of automatic gates and locks would be a bonus, but not requiredVaried workload which consists of both fault finding as well as, either replacing or repairing faulty equipment across multiple fire and security disciplinesAbility to think on your feet and is passionate in finding a resolution to a problem, with the confidence of being able to tackle any situation on-siteTravel to clients within a 40 mile radius of Luton, although we do occasionally travel further if required (the day workload will be reflected by travel time)Track record of exceptional customer service and excellent time managementA typical day may involve attending several sites to investigate reported faults and report back to the office with the necessary information. Subject to quotation of work, you will resolve the issue by either repairing or replacing parts whilst on-site.Our typical clients are from Housing Associations and Management Agents who look after large residential sites, to commercial units both with and without maintenance agreements.

Install and Commissioning Engineer

*EXPERIENCE IN FIRE SAFETY SYSTEMS IS PREFERRED*Proven experience working within an engineering team with technical skills of various fire safety and security systemsCan work on both small and larger projects within a commercial and construction environmentKnowledge in smoke control and fire suppression systems would be beneficial, although full training and support will be given to the right candidateA typical day may include working on a new build projects, liaising with onsite clients and other sub-contractors in order to 1st fix – 2nd fix and commissioning of various fire and security systems. Our typical clients are from construction companies to M&E contractors and private commercial.
