Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Temporary Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Luton. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in telemarketing and telesales to help drive our sales efforts and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients to promote products/services.- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.- Achieve or exceed set targets and KPIs for calls, leads, and sales.
