- Strong understanding or hands-on experience with homogenization processes preferred
- Skilled in sales negotiation, contract management, and CRM systems
- Commercially minded with a customer-first approach
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong collaborator who works well across technical and commercial teams
