WSR are looking for a temporary Sales Support Administrator to join the team of our esteemed client based in Milton Keynes.

 

Sales Support Administrator (Temporary Contract)

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract: Temporary (Running till end 2025 minimum), Full-time 

Salary: £30k p/a / £15.59 p/h upwards DOE

Are you an organised, proactive multitasker with a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator  to join our client’s dynamic team — someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in supporting both people and process.

As a key member of their operations support team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and wider service function run efficiently. From payroll checks to travel bookings and everything in between, your attention to detail and “can-do” attitude will help keep our business moving.

Sales Support Administrator Role Responsibilities:

  • Check and approve FSE hours for payroll
  • Report any missing hours to the Service Manager
  • Calculate and submit extra hours before payroll deadlines
  • Create orders to invoice customers and recharge sites
  • Book and organise training sessions, including payment processing
  • Log all training certificates on Evalu-8
  • Order tools, consumables, and manage inventory logs
  • Arrange travel — flights, car hire, ferries, taxis, etc.
  • Process vehicle orders and related administration
  • Order EV charge and fuel cards, and arrange home chargers
  • Ensure vehicles are correctly insured on the MID system
  • Conduct DriveTech licence checks
  • Order EU travel documents and send MOT reminders
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) and approve invoices
  • Cost and review fleet invoices from Lex
  • Compile FSE utilisation reports and invoice service work


Sales Support Administrator Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with SAP, Microsoft Office, and general computer systems
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach — you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track
