WSR are recruiting for a Quotation Specialist for our client based in Wokingham.
Location: Wokingham (Office-based with some homeworking flexibility)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Full-time 38.25 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and delivering quotations based on customer needs
Collaborating with suppliers for special-order pricing
Communicating with customers via phone, email, and digital channels
Supporting the External Sales team with quotation requests
Updating customer price lists and CRM data
Analysing specifications and interpreting them into internal data systems
Maintaining strong relationships with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Production, Warehouse)
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
Proven experience in customer account management or quotation-based roles (B2B preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/ERP systems
Excellent numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Detail-focused with strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
A customer-first mindset with the ability to upsell or cross-sell solutions
Knowledge of the industrial/reseller channel sector is a plus
