Project Support Administrator

WSR is recruiting for a Project Support Officer for our award-winning client based in Milton Keynes.

Project Support Officer Role:

As a Project Support Officer (PSO), your role will involve providing administrative and coordination support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Collaborating closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members, you will help ensure that projects are completed within schedule, scope, and budget. Your responsibilities will include maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and effectively communicating project updates to stakeholders. Your exceptional communication, organizational, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills will be vital in driving project efficiency and overall success.

Project Support Officer Requirements:

- Educated to A Level Standard, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent passes, including English and Maths.

- Good communication skills, including the ability to engage with key project stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal, audio, and written communication skills.

- Strong organisational and administration skills.

- Experience using project tools such as MS Project, MS Planner, or Trello.

- Familiarity with project and Agile lifecycles.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Self-starter with a natural problem-solving aptitude.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

- Project Manager Qualification (desirable).

- Knowledge of the Technology sector (desirable).
