Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am – 5pm – Fully office based
Internal Sales Coordinator – Join a Dynamic and Growing Team
Are you an energetic, organised, and customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and relationship building? We’re looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to become a vital part of our busy Sales Office team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s sales operation — supporting new and existing customers, managing smaller accounts, and helping to drive business growth through exceptional service and proactive communication.
Internal Sales Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to sales enquiries from both new and existing customers.
 - Managing and developing smaller accounts, nurturing relationships, and helping to grow sales.
 - Preparing accurate quotations and ensuring they reach customers within tight timeframes.
 - Coordinating sample requests, literature, and data sheets to support sales activities.
 - Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system and using this data to identify new opportunities.
 - Collaborating with colleagues across departments and international teams to deliver excellent customer service.
 - Contributing to continuous improvement within the Sales Office, supporting team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 
Internal Sales Coordinator Skills, & Experience:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a sales environment, ideally within a B2B or manufacturing setting.
 - Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
 - Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and organisational ability.
 - IT literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ideally SAP.
 - A proactive, determined, and customer-focused mindset — you enjoy turning enquiries into results.
 - A collaborative, friendly, and sociable approach — you’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team.
 - Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A–C) including English and Maths (or equivalent).
 - Further education or additional qualifications would be a plus.
