Interim Operations Director Key Responsibilities:
- Driving improvements in operational performance, service delivery, and customer experience
- Conducting a deep dive into financial performance to uncover growth opportunities and cost efficiencies
- Motivating and supporting teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Overhauling workflows, staffing, and delivery mechanisms for better output
- Exploring untapped revenue streams and shaping new business opportunities
- Providing strategic insight while remaining hands-on in execution
- Representing the business to key internal and external stakeholders
Interim Operations Director Key Requirements:
- Significant leadership experience as a Managing Director or senior operations lead
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management capability
- A proven track record of stepping into businesses mid-stream and delivering results fast
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to drive meaningful change
- Hands-on leadership style with a strategic mindset
- Ideally, experience in agriculture, farming, or rural services
- Collaborative and confident communicator, especially in shared leadership environments
