Location: Office Based - Milton Keynes, UK or Neu-Ulm, Germany
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 11am - 4pm - flexible with combination of hours but must be able to work in office on a Friday

German Customer Services Coordinator Role Overview:
We’re recruiting a German-speaking Customer Services Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced team supporting UK & Central Europe customers. You’ll play a key role in managing orders, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
German Customer Services Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process sales orders accurately within tight deadlines
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and freight partners
- Prepare export and shipping documentation
- Track and resolve customer queries via CRM (HubSpot)
- Ensure orders are dispatched on time with correct paperwork
German Customer Services Coordinator Experience, Skills & Attributes:
- Previous customer service / order processing experience
- Fluent German (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience (HubSpot desirable)
