German Customer Services Coordinator

WSR is recruiting for a German Customer Services Coordinator for our reputable client in UK or Germany.

 

Salary: £22k 

Location: Office Based - Milton Keynes, UK or Neu-Ulm, Germany

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 11am - 4pm - flexible with combination of hours but must be able to work in office on a Friday

German Customer Services Coordinator Role Overview:       

We’re recruiting a German-speaking Customer Services Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced team supporting UK & Central Europe customers. You’ll play a key role in managing orders, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

 

German Customer Services Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Process sales orders accurately within tight deadlines
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and freight partners
  • Prepare export and shipping documentation
  • Track and resolve customer queries via CRM (HubSpot)
  • Ensure orders are dispatched on time with correct paperwork


German Customer Services Coordinator
Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • Previous customer service / order processing experience
  • Fluent German (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • CRM experience (HubSpot desirable)
