WSR are recruiting for a Financial Advisor for our client based in Olney
Location:
Olney, Milton Keynes (Flexible Working Available)
Salary:
Up to £65K + Uncapped Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing and well-established tax and wealth management company based in Olney. Due to continued success, they are looking to expand their Financial Planning team with an experienced Financial Advisor.
This role offers the chance to work with an existing client base while also developing new business, supporting clients across investments, pensions, and estate planning, as well as advising SMEs on pension and protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio
- Generate new business opportunities
- Assess client financial situations and deliver tailored financial plans
- Provide advice on pensions, investments, and estate planning
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and stay up to date with financial legislation
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Financial Advisor
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to generate leads and grow a client base
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards)
- Knowledge of pension and investment advice
Desirable
- Experience within financial services
- Working towards Chartered status
- Familiarity with systems such as Dynamic Planner, Intelligent Office, or Selecta Pension
- Adaptable and proactive approach
