After Sales / Service Coordinator

WSR are recruiting for  an After Sales/ Support  Coordinator to join the team for our Client, based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire

Job Title: After Sales/Support Coordinator

Location:  Leighton Buzzard

Salary:  up to £32,000 per annum

Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining excellent after-sales customer relationships

  • Maximising service contract opportunities

  • Streamlining systems and improving customer satisfaction

  • Coordinating daily service and repair visits for engineers

  • Processing job sheets through to invoice approval

  • Creating invoices and credit notes for service work

  • Managing stock usage and transfers

  • Quoting for repairs based on engineer reports

  • Raising purchase orders and assisting with procurement

  • Booking travel/hotels for the service team

  • Checking courier invoices and liaising with accounts

  • Handling incoming calls and email enquiries

Skills required:

  • Experience in a similar customer service or service coordination role

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset

  • Knowledge of Business Central / Monday.com / Navision (advantageous, not essential)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

  • Willingness to travel occasionally with the Service Manager
