Our rapidly expanding client is recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team in London.

The role of Sales Administrator is to process all client orders onto our client’s systems, to place purchase orders with their factories and suppliers, ensuring the highest level of accuracy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the processing of customer orders:

‒ Ensure all information has been provided by Sales colleagues & chase if required

‒ Pro-actively build product knowledge, with help of training

‒ Arrange proforma invoices with accounting for new clients if needed

‒ Ensure that all admin folders have been created correctly

  • Processing orders/Supplier contact:

‒ Check stock levels

‒ Input order onto our software

‒ Request drawings from Design Dept

‒ Send POs to factories to current lead times

‒ Performing daily accuracy checks as per process

‒ Liaise with factories for any technical queries

  • Warehouse contact:

‒ Delivery queries/issues

‒ Warranty queries/issues

‒ Stock issues

Technical Skills / Knowledge:

  • Good product knowledge (training will be given).

  • Good numerical and literacy skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

  • Good planning and organisational skills.

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages.

  • ERP/Salesforce knowledge.

  • Understanding of Technical drawings
