The role:
Responsible for overseeing projects from beginning to completion – making sure they come in on time and on budget
Responsible for the day-to-day management, safety, and motivation of all site crew
Make sure all quality control procedures are followed
Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to
Report promptly and accurately to your Operations Manager and the clients
Regularly complete site inspections
Candidate criteria:
CSCS, CPCS, SMSTS, and IOSH certified
Fully licensed to operate telehandlers & Scissor lifts
Able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high attention to detail
Work on your own initiative and be great at problem-solving
Great team player and experience managing a site team
Happy to travel and work away from home
