Sand Blasting Operative Required for an Immediate start in Tillbrook.
Monday- Friday 8am - 4pm
Duties to include:
• Manual Handling
• Operating Sand Blasting machinery to remove old coating from machine fixtures and fittings
• Minor Operator-level maintenance (Filling Sand, Emptying Sand, Changing Sight Glass.
PPE requirements:
• FP3 Face Mask (Provided)
• Ear Protection (Provided)
• Safety Glasses (Provided)
• Safety Shoes
Requirements :
• Basic Literacy, Numeracy, English Language.
• Basic Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, etc)
• Manual Dexterity
Ideally, you will have :
• Previous experience/knowledge of hand tools/engineering practices
• History/knowledge of SAP
• Mechanical aptitude
• Can read engineering drawings
• Previous experience in an industrial coating type business
