We’re recruiting for a Dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager for our client, an innovative figure in the Fire Safety Market.
Working closely with the MD and internal Marketing Executive, we are looking for someone who can lead the Sales and Marketing activity for the business, with a focus on developing and managing a strong distributor network.
Main Objectives:
• To build strong relationships and networks direct with the decision-makers
• Expand the distributor network and drive presence into new markets
• To build a strong pipeline of quality sales opportunities
• Seek out prospective new business contracts either within the existing distributor network
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales quotes
• Arrange meetings and visit prospective customers
• Source and follow up on new leads/referrals
• Develop and maintain strong business and team relationships
• Training distributors’ sales teams where required
· Analysis and reporting on sales/marketing figures
· Organising and attending shows and Trade Exhibitions
Key Attributes:
• A background in Fire Safety (Ideally)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness
• Meticulous, accurate, with high attention to detail
• Minimum 3-5 years Sales/Marketing experience
• Trade show and exhibition experience
• Passionate, highly motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic
