WSR is recruiting for a Project Delivery Administrator in Barnsley.

Our client, a prominent player in the industrial product and service sector, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Project Delivery Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company serving the warehousing, logistics, and material handling industry.

 

As the Project Delivery Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of installation and maintenance projects throughout the UK. Working closely with the Project Delivery team, you will be responsible for booking resources and materials, coordinating on/off hire of tooling/equipment, and supporting various aspects of project delivery.

Project Delivery Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to schedule installation works, providing comprehensive information.

  • Book required accommodation in line with live and committed projects, ensuring cost-effective processes.

  • Coordinate on/off hire of tooling/equipment to facilitate timely and budget-conscious project delivery.

  • Report changes and cost variations to ensure accurate project costing.

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure efficient project invoicing.

  • Attend department review meetings to discuss SLA's and KPI's.

  • Support the wider Project Delivery department as needed.

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Project Managers to optimize resource allocation for project delivery.

 

Project Delivery Administrator Requirements:

  • Good standard of general education with a track record of continuing professional development.

  • Industrial storage equipment knowledge/experience is desirable.

  • Ability to prioritise, develop work schedules, and influence others to achieve results.

  • Exemplary communication and customer engagement skills.

  • Collaboration skills to drive business improvements and efficiencies.

  • Knowledge of H&S regulations relevant to the industrial storage equipment industry.

  • Experience working within a Project Delivery team.

 

Project Delivery Administrator Success Measures:

  • Build and maintain effective customer working relationships.

  • Meet or exceed customer expectations on project deadlines.

  • Project completion within budget and targets.

  • Coordination of appropriate resource allocation.

  • Maintenance of auditable documentation trails.

  • Engagement with project delivery team and subcontractors for timely project completion.

  • Demonstration of continuous improvement.
