We're recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join our client on a part-time/temporary basis from September to Christmas.
Working with our client based in Milton Keynes, or occasionally from home (after training), if desired, you will be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and relevant experience within an HR role.
You will have gained your administrative experience in a role where you can show a track record of taking responsibility to find the right solution. You should be a real team player with a diplomatic, calm, positive attitude, excellent written and oral communication skills. You should also be able to communicate on all levels, with the ability to build strong relationships within the Company.
Supporting the day-to-day HR Processes, whilst actively seeking to improve ways of working by identifying improvements. You will also be competent with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. You will have a flexible approach to your day, with the ability to respond to different challenges in a positive way, which will include being confident with managing calls to the office via telephone and in-person and demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude.
Location: Milton Keynes/Working From Home
Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £11.54 per hour.
