This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the UK's largest business insurance providers.
Taking inbound sales calls from prospective customers who have generated quotes, either from one of our partners, a comparison website, or directly from our website.
Taking inbound renewals calls from existing customers, supporting them in arrange insurance policy renewals.
Taking inbound service calls supporting existing customers with a range of post sales support including policy changes, cancellations and general queries, addressing any customer needs and concerns
Following the complete sales, service and renewals processes through to completion, ensuring card payment details and direct debits are completed accurately
Adhering to all compliance and quality standards including FCA Regulations and GDPR
The ideal candidate will be motivated, passionate and have excellent customer service with the confidence to sell!
Starting salary of £20,808
After training (approx 8 weeks) - £22,300
After probation (approx 6 months) - £24,400
