Our client has recently grown and they are now looking for a full-time HR Manager to join
their fun team.
This is an all-round HR role within a professional team covering all areas from recruitment to grievances.
Duties to include
HR support for managers and director
Review and set up policies and procedures for the company
Manage recruitment process through to the on-boarding process
Produce HR metric reports as and when required
Manage the company training and development
Oversee the health & safety within the business
Maintain all systems and ensure they are all up to date
Design and manage HR projects across the business
The role is new within the business and they have recently grown and this is a great HR
Management position within a forward thinking and positive environment.
The ideal candidate with have a CIPD qualification or qualified by experience.
