We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR Business Partner to work with our well-established client with offices in Milton Keynes and Corby.
Role Responsibilities
Advising and supporting senior managers; becoming a part of their management team, coaching, and supporting as appropriate, deploying L&D initiatives as appropriate.
Supporting and advising on complex ER issues, either directly or by coaching and guiding the HR Advisor(s).
Offering advice and guidance on Policies and Procedures as well as supporting the implementation and maintenance of Company Policies, drafting new and updating existing policies as needed; coaching, advising and training managers on the implementation of Company Policies as appropriate, including delivering training modules (face to face or virtually)
Supporting business improvement through ad hoc project work
What are we looking for?
You are a trusted, experienced, senior, HR professional, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, whilst staying objectively and professional (and legally technical) at all times.
You are a confident decision-maker with excellent written and oral communication skills
You are diplomatic/calm, able to grasp complex issues and policies and procedures easily, and be able to communicate and explain them to managers with ease
You must have excellent attention to detail, as well as persuasion and influencing skills
You must enjoy working in a team, supporting your colleagues towards a common goal
You must have the analytical ability, able to prepare and use facts and figures to demonstrate your arguments.
Ideally, Level 5 CIPD Qualified
