Our client is looking for an experience HR Business Partner with generalist experience to support one of their engineering site for 14 hours per week. This is great role for you to work with and build strong relationships with the on-site team and watch them grow.
Duties to include:
Support site management with staff succession and providing policy guidance
To manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
As a HR Business Partner you will manage and implement global HR initiatives
Work with and build relationships within all departments
General HR and transactional duties.
We would love to see your CV if you have the below experience
Strong background as a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar level
Experience of working with engineering would be advantegous, but not essential
Great communication skills and good at building lasting relationships with the teams
Please note this is a contract until July 2022
