Effectively manage escalations to reduce customer downtime
Accurately record and report all activities

Our client is looking for an experienced engineer to join their team and cover the West Midlands / North of Birmingham area mostly. With the potential to go up Sheffield or down to Northampton

42.5 hours per week between 6am and 6pm
On call 1 week in 4
Overtime after 8.5 hours per day
