About the role
This role requires dynamic team players with proven experience, skills, and knowledge in electrical assembly, as well as basic mechanical and hydraulic fitting and installation. The role requires operating to high quality/workmanship standards within a world-class manufacturing team and facility.
Main tasks
Efficient and correct to specification electrical assembly, wiring, and fitting operations, linked to the manufacture, service, and repair of access platforms.
Competent build inspection of all stages.
Compliance with health and safety standards, flexibility, and development of skills through the complete manufacturing process, and the production/product cells.
Maintain a high standard of 5’ s workplace organisation.
Continuous improvement of waste, through ‘Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Working as a team to achieve customer quality, delivery, cost, and innovation requirements.
This will primarily be an electrical assembly role, however, some basic mechanical assembly may also be required.
Salary and working hours:
Guaranteed basic starting salary £11.00 x 40 hours plus guaranteed minimum £50 per week bonus - £25,459.20 per annum.
08.00 - 16.30 Monday - Friday (with regular structured overtime).
