Customer Service/Parts Advisor Vacancy Available

WSR is recruiting for Customer Service/Parts Advisors to join our client's team. The Customer Service/Parts Advisors will be responsible for helping customers find the correct automotive parts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for cars, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a genuine interest in helping others. Product knowledge is not essential as full training will be provided, but experience in the motor trade would be preferred.

Details of Customer Service/Parts Advisor:
Pay rate/Salary range: £23,000 - £26,000.
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-Time 40 hrs per week – Monday to Friday
Duration: Permanent contract

Parts Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Recommend the best parts and accessories to complete customer orders.

  • Assess the needs of customers and suggest additional products they may require ensuring their vehicle runs smoothly.

  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts from our in-stock inventory to repair their cars.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with their order upon completion.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients through email, phone, and reports.

  • Handle day-to-day customer service needs for clients.

  • Ensure all communication with customers is professional, timely, and resolved to the customer's satisfaction using the appropriate channels.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's logistical services and products, along with relevant Parcel operating systems.

  • Promote self-services and alternative products to both new and existing customers.

  • Regularly review customer cases to address issues and trends.

  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and team performance.

  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.

  • Pay attention to detail to identify and address trends effectively.
