​We're recruiting for a Customer Services Coordinator based in Milton Keynes.

The Role

The main purpose of this role is to liaise with Customers and all internal departments to ensure Customer orders are satisfied. Reporting to the Internal Sales and Applications Leader, the Customer Services Co-ordinator will be an integral part of the Internal Sales and Applications Team.

 Primary Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Receiving, communicating, and expediting Customer priorities including 24/48-hour turnaround slips

  • Daily reviews of the progress of batches for coating

  • Daily reviews of the 'Hold' shelf:

  • Advising relevant internal parties of actions required

  • Contacting customers when orders are on stop or any other issues

  • Ensuring all orders are booked in and logged

  • Advising Customers of order discrepancies

  • Answering progress/Turnaround calls for tooling and components

  • Dealing with initial customer complaints and liaising with QA

  • Organizing and optimizing all BUK van deliveries and transport

  • Organizing and optimizing all external couriers

  • Liaise with all other departments

  • Organizing all Sub-Contract orders including Diamond orders to Luxembourg

Secondary Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Raising and expediting Trial/FOC forms where necessary

  • Assist with Packing and Booking-In

  • The Customer Services Co-ordinator may be required to undertake further duties as directed by the line manager

Working hours: 08.45 - 17.00 Monday -Thursday, 08.45 to 16.30 on Fridays.
