We have an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading manufacturer of foodservice equipment as a CRM & Marketing Executive.
This is a hybrid role - 3 days office-based in Milton Keynes / 2 days working from home
Working within a small team you will be responsible for administrating, maintaining, and utilising the CRM system.
Responsibilities and Key Tasks
Supporting sales and marketing with CRM
Produce reports via CRM
Data mining for potential leads
Data management and best practice
Assist with creating engaging written, video, and graphical content for all company's digital channels.
Lead email marketing programmes sharing targeted content with partners, customers, and prospects.
Updating the website and designing landing pages
Use the CRM system to support the planning and targeting of digital activity, and ensure all activity and opportunities are recorded within CRM.
Implement SEO recommendations and activities.
Develop resources for internal and external customers
Essential Skills & Experience
Relevant degree, professional qualification, completed an apprenticeship, or proven experience.
Minimum of two years experience in a similar marketing role.
Experience working with CRM systems (SAP preferred)
Proven experience in creating content for digital channels.
Skilled in preparing written content with an eye for detail.
Solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud particularly Photoshop.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms within a commercial setting, preferably B2B.
In-depth understanding of an email marketing platform such as Mailchimp.
Hours:
Full time: 37.5 hours per week
Set hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
