· Call Desk Administrator
· 12 hour shifts – 4 on 4 off
· Days and nights 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am
Our client is growing and they need a new call desk administrator
The duties include:
Logging calls for customer breakdowns and coordinating engineers
Provide technical assistance where possible, if not escalate when necessary
Record accurately and update in-house systems
Hand over all cases when the nest shift takes over
Support and be a big part in the bigger team
What you need;
Ability to self-motivate, work on your own and prioritise your work load is essential for this role.
It literate (Word and Excel)
