Our client is well established and a leader in their industry and they are looking for a business optimisation manager.

What does this role include?

·        Supporting contact centres around the world

·        Analysing data and helping them improve

·        Building strong relationships with the team leaders

·        Coaching and supporting the team leaders

·        Identify areas of concern and build procedures to help improve these areas

What do you need?

To be successful in this role you will need to understand fully how a call centre works and be able to investigate and dig deep when it comes to analysing data.

There will be no travel for this role as all communication will be done via the wonders of today’s technology. You won't need to be able to speak a foreign language, but if you can that is a bonus and do point it out when applying.
