You will work Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm + 9am - 5pm on a rota.
The first 3-4 weeks will be spent in the warehouse offices whilst training then you will be predominantly home based with one day a week in the office.
The main duties include but are not limited to:
POD enquiries
Liaising with Customers Clients resolving disputes and logging
Answering telephones
Running reports in Excel
To be considered for this position you will need to have
Experience of Logistics Admin duties
Speaking to clients / Customers in a professional manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
