Administration Assistant

You will work Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm + 9am - 5pm on a rota.

The first 3-4 weeks will be spent in the warehouse offices whilst training then you will be predominantly home based with one day a week in the office.

The main duties include but are not limited to:

  • POD enquiries

  • Liaising with Customers Clients resolving disputes and logging

  • Answering telephones

  • Running reports in Excel

  • To be considered for this position you will need to have

  • Experience of Logistics Admin duties

  • Speaking to clients / Customers in a professional manner

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
