Our client based in Milton Keynes is looking for an account coordinator to join their Service Support team delivering the best customer service to existing account customers. and focusing in proactive account management including monitoring service dates chasing payments and processing warranty claims.
Duties and responsibilities :
Liaising with internal colleagues within the other departments (Spares, Sales etc.) to resolve customer issues
Proactive customer engagement including call logging and updating customers with ETA’s/completion of the call
Communicating with customers about their repair calls - advising of any delays/ job status
Providing the best customer experience possible.
Providing Service Technicians with further information if required (access times, spend limits etc.)
Producing customer quotation and parts ordering when approved
Maintaining accurate customer information on SAP (address, contact details, access times etc.)
Maintaining account information via customers' web portals (ProNett, Verisae etc.) - uploading quotes and invoices and validating transactions against purchase order values - requesting PO uplifts as required.
Check statements on a monthly basis dealing with any invoice / PO queries and discrepancies up to point of payment due.
Warranty evaluation and raising orders and invoices for chargeable work
Essential requirements:
Dealing with frustrated and challenging customers when faced with delays
Effective time management
Customer service experience
Good knowledge of SAP is desirable
Experience of the catering & hospitality industry
