We are looking for an Account Manager based in Milton Keynes.
The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact providing operational support to the client.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the end to end procurement process, ensuring all targets and SLA’s are met. The role will require the Account Manager to engage with the Client Contract Manager as well as individual hiring managers on a day to day basis, in order to provide support and assistance throughout the transaction process. This role requires the individual to build strong relationships with the client, offering support and training.
Relationship Management
Creating and maintaining a relationship with key Council sponsor
Creating and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders across all levels – from hiring managers to directors
Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers across all job categories
Liaising with account managers for other clients to share processes and resolution points
Provide quality support to managers; questioning, reviewing, challenging and problem solving.
Providing system support and drop-in sessions for hiring managers to discuss any queries they may have
Direct roles to the ‘best’ suppliers in the supply chain and provide clear communication to agencies about the role
Contract Management
Primary point of contact for all operational support
Responsible for fulfilment and ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are met
Undertaking client-facing business reviews
Working with BM to improve service where possible
Reporting and Presentations
Producing comprehensive management information
Analysis and understanding of MI information using CR.net system and Sisense system
Proficient use of Excel in order to manipulate and extrapolate data
Delivering formal presentations to client contract manager
Preparing ad-hoc reports as requested
The Account Manager must be flexible and adaptable with the capacity to work independently. An ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads is essential in this role and the successful candidate will be extremely self-motivated with a pro-active attitude and a strong focus on achieving targets and objectives.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm
