Job Title: Service Sales Engineer – Engineering Solutions (Decanters & Centrifuges)
Location: England - Field based. Main Office located in Milton Keynes (occasssional visits to HQ required), but candidate can be based anywhere in England.
Service Sales Engineer Role Overview:

As a Service Sales Engineer, you'll take the lead in developing and growing service business opportunities. You’ll be out in the field, building relationships, solving problems, and delivering real value to customers through innovative service solutions—including repairs, technical audits, spare parts, and training packages.
Service Sales Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Drive service sales across your territory, managing enquiries and growing revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote a range of service offerings including repairs, audits, spare parts, and training
- Manage key accounts and align service delivery with business needs
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to strategic goals
- Report on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights
- Maintain accurate CRM and equipment records
- Support marketing initiatives and industry events
Service Sales Engineer Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:
- HNC/HND or equivalent in an engineering/technical discipline
- 5+ years in technical sales, ideally in food or dairy processing
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organisation and communication abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Legal right to work in the UK
